too funny .. just be an investor in 07 and 08... mortality rate was quite high.. most folks on BP not all but most never lived through that debacle. for me I lost millions. so there you go its not all wine and roses.

Being wine country and the recent fires displacing so many people, I am conflicted with wanting to help my community by investing locally but at the same time, as my first investment I don't exactly know what the smart move is here.

My husband and I returned from our honeymoon and they had left a wine basket in our living room (they had a key to bring in our mail) for a wedding present.Because of the arrangement, I am probably more friendly with my tenants than most BPers would recommend.
