I agree with Rebecca McKenna - I don't need full staging but put some logs or plants in the fireplace, towels in the bathroom, a few fancy dishes/vases/what-have-you in the kitchen.

I recently tented our home and as we were educated by the company and additional research ,we did not need to wash clothes, dishes, furniture etc unless you were more comfortable doing it.

(Turn on water full blast and start the disposer BEFORE putting anything significant into the drain) It is not really meant to dump LOTS of food waste down, most should be scraped directly off of dishes into the trash.

Korea (pros/cons) - where I currently live so easier/more tangible to research, manage properties- while my Korean is ok, and I can utilize translation tools etc, bilingual agents, the language barrier would remain a challenge when it comes to navigating the Korean real estate world- tax, mortgage, etc complexitiesUSA (pros/cons)- much easier to understand as my native country, but at the same time as I havent lived in the US for several years, behind on market trends, etc.

To be honest I wouldnt spend that much on the learning part since everything we need is here at bigger pockets (the 15 bucks a month for pro is def worth it) but concerning a real estate investment.... this is a no brainer, as long as the numbers work.I am leaning toward the fact that college gives a peace of paper stating that somebody has a degree as being what makes people lean toward dishing out the money for college.For example, I know people where I went to school that paid 50K+ for a degree in music education.... yes... music education.... without a full ride.Long story short, is just amazes me that lengths people will go to achieve a simple piece of paper, even with a bleak job outlook ahead of them.

I like to climb on the roof myself, checking for patched areas, damage, penetrations not sealed properly like from satellite dish installers that like to just drill a lag bolt into the roof, caulk it and call it a day, soft spots, depressions where water seems to pool, etc.
