I know realitors have access to sold pricing and you can pay to get information on absentee owners with 100% equity.I would find it extremely useful to see that information overlay on a map interface online.

Yes, you need to interface with tenants.

In a past life I had some interface with Turner Construction, and excellent building construction organization.

So there is some safety in that.its just dealing with tenant 24/7 takes a certain personality and get big enough that you delegate it so your not actually doing the interface with the tenant.the other thing on the positive for PM  is if you do build a 500 plus door business you actually have something to sell. as its recuring revenue.. were as say your a flipper of houses .. yes you usually make more  but you have very little resale value in your flipping business other than your assets you own.

I use a registered investment advisor who specializes in peer-to-peer lending and they plug their automated platform interface into Prosper to select the loans.

Their Podio system is high tech and good, but I prefer the interface of Investor Fuse better at this point.
