Supplemental income earned by a single- or multi-member LLC through ownership of real estate or intellectual property can be reported on Schedule E to Form 1040.

It is a great way to supplement your normal income and generate cash flow while getting property value appreciation (if you pick the right markets)! 

My supplement to that downtown LA status report, would be the lower standard of living =Li thought there would be less apparent homeless roaming around in downtown LA than NYC.. not more.

With your opening statements you are hoping to supplement your agents lack of knowledge - which is fine if you have the experience to do this and you are only using your agent to write offers etc.

Short term I just am looking to supplement my income.
