In my travels I have found all the following that say no disclosure is required by law:1) CAR attorney2) a re law book I have by Gordon.3) the DRE commissioner issued a memo stating he knew of no law.4) first tuesday website cited above5) first tuesday re law book.So, California agents, are all these sources wrong?
