I think you need legit quotes which may require a flood elevation cert (or whatever they call it) to get an accurate idea of cost.

I spoke with the Realtor and found the reasons:1) interior office, no windows, not desireable2) $6000/yr CAM (includes HVAC, gas, electric, maintenance of bathrooms, hallways, elevators, underground parking ["allotted," not deeded, parking space]).3) Adding CAM, taxes and insurance, it would cost $700/mo to own (not including debt service).

The other caution is in non-elevator buildings top floor units, like the third floor up, have generally less appeal especially to middle aged, elderly, and people who don't like all the steps.
