Rents come in early electronically, I never get calls or emails, etc. 

The offer was accepted almost immediately, and a few hours later they sent a docusign contract (all electronic signing and initialing).

Never do a initial deposit by electronic payment.

It seems that first months rent would be better since I require preauthorized recurring electronic payments.

But the result is a pdf with your signature embedded, but without the notification "this document was signed electronically" which I have found some people to be weary of.

I don't like taking any forms of rent payment outside of electronic sources anymore.

Can electronic signatures be done at any closing table?
