New roof and car port, all new water pipes, dry basement work, clean out of junk left, painting,  new appliances, siding replaced in eves and rain gutters added, new lights in some rooms, new floors in 1/2 the house, new HVAC.

Tenant will immediately act to identify and remove/clean up the source of any such odors and to ventilate the rental unit or otherwise remove the foul odor upon discovery of it.General --Walls: should be clean, free of dirt, grease, holes, cobwebs, and fingerprints.Floors: should be clean, clear, dry and free of hazards.Windows: should be clean and not nailed shut.

I like the Smartcore from Lowe's - 100% vinyl so it goes anywhere wet or dry, already has underlayment attached, good wear layer (12 mil or higher), good realistic look for flooring.
