Start interviewing GC's at their job sites instead of a coffee shop.

This property is ideally located in northeast Colorado Springs with easy access to military bases, shopping, dining and entertainment.

Obviously that's not guaranteed, but experts figure it's likely.I would be happy to PreQualify and talk shop - personally I'm on home #4 doing the exact strategy you outlined, home #5 incoming, rates aren't slowing me down.

The LLC can become insolvent and there's no one to go after.But nothing is impossible if you shop around hard enough.

You "intended" to live the property, I believe you moved in, and now your workplace is closing shop so you obviously have to move to be closer to work. 

On top of that, I must have shopped around to almost 20 lenders and their interest rate/LTV were the best I found thus far for my credit average (around 690 at the time).
