I am in the final stages of writing my contract for my wholesale deal (I meet with the sellers to sign tomorrow) and I just want to make sure this is 100% without a doubt right.So, I have it written in my contract that the EMD will be credited to the escrow account at my title company FOLLOWING the 20 day inspection period.

I am ready to move past the psychological stage and will be ready to move forward with this process feb-apr 2019.

At this stage of the market I want everything to be more than favorable to minimize risk.

DO you have any deals that you are looking at at this stage? 

I am at that stage of narrowing down my list of potential cities. 

With a vast area likely to be affected, BluSky is staging massive resources in Atlanta and Greensboro to support our offices in the Southeast.I want to be a resource for assistance to any multi-family investors or property managers with communities in the Southeast.

And there's always the possibility of renting out the downstairs bedroom to a trusted individual but that's probably down the road for us because of our stage of life. 

I had to learn how to do a lot on the fly, I staged the house re worked the front porch and took flowers right out of my own yard to give it some curb appeal.
