I was shocked to hear that but remembered seeing a video on here were Brandon Turner said it wasn't a big deal when you are just starting out because you don't have alot of equity to come after in the event of a lawsuit so that's why I'm uncertain.

But an aging population that can no longer safely drive, but that is unwilling to give up that freedom will put pressure on legislators to remove roadblocks and indemnify manufactures, similarly as existing products.  

But… I know the future is always uncertain so I like to have options… Thoughts?
