Higher rate would translate to higher monthly payment and we were trying to avoid that. 

This also translates to expensive (as 10-14%).  

Let's compare:  1 - Right now you are taking out $265/month which translates to $265/month less in cash flow.

I typically translate $100/mo cash flow to "this property doesn't cash flow."

$120/night for a room in a suburb is not going to translate into the occupancy that you project.

This translates to me putting in about 5% down.

Clearly articulate your expectations and give them three days to alter their behavior.

This type of window requires little or no alteration to the exterior and interior components, providing it is sized correctly.
