Probably not the answer you wanted but I just see so many people get on here and think that wholesaling is their ticket to fame and fortune.

Then I would ask about the roof and HVACs because those are all big-ticket items.

Now my tenants pay me rent every month through the app, everything goes well and when they have maintenance request, they can set up a ticket in the app and I'll get notification.

Either way can work, but you need to buy a plane ticket/hotel/rental car and go meet the people.
