Because we do thorough screening, we have had almost no issues.

Hes very good at his job, and has lost me multiple deals because of how thorough his inspections are.  

Planning and permitting with City of Charleston can be very thorough, but that street is above Crosstown, so it should be a little bit easier than below crosstown.

Marketing your property and conducting a thorough screening will help to ensure you have leads and a new responsible tenant.
