From what I understand there are numerous amateur beekeepers that can be found on Facebook groups that will do this for a low fee or even free.

I haven't used the VA loan before, so I'll have a lower VA funding fee.

I will pay a fee if I do not continue with their plans(obv not perfect, but you get the idea). 

Yes, it cost me a brokers fee on the buy side, I list for $199 flat fee.  

Plus, in Mexico, I have to pay extra fees every year, like the fideicomiso, which is part of doing business there.
