I am doing my best to drink from the hose so to speak, and plan on buying my first investment property before the end of the year.I am simply stunned by the number of houses in my market that were purchased late 2022 or early 2023 and are back on the market at a 40-50% markup.

Sometimes this can be accomplished with something that doesn't require significant capital, such as mega views, stunning architecture, ideal STR, etc.

But, doesn't do me much good..

Honestly, I was stunned when I started at how successful I was in a small area that is not extremely well-known.

It all blended in and is stunning.

Wow it's really stunning - incredible job!  

However, no manufactured home or above ground site built home (other than dome homes) will survive a direct hit by a tornado. 

Free tip: Not all markets are the same, you’d be stunned at what you can buy for $50k in some areas of the country.
