They are doing a good job of training, but I want to find a book, site, forum, etc that covers the mechanics of all the paperwork from listing to closing.

Run the numbers and buy based on what is and not on a story of what will be or could be.Was it a project that got stalled?  

The issue is the girlfriend and I will be quitting our jobs come January and traveling abroad for 4-5 months in SE asia/ NZ, to teach CPR and basic medical training (Volunteering).

I love trucks 2. even with a pickup truck and a goose neck trailer you can cross in to Class A territory, and I found a opportunity to get the training cheap and cover that base so I'm taking it.

Seems like they are just stalling for a better offer to me.Anyone have any techniques I could use to put the pressure on this seller and get them to respond?

I should be done with upgrade training this week and back in the squadron.

Over all, great eye opening training, not sure if was with the $500 split per person.

This time the landlord was lucky but I see my tenants and just see a train wreck coming if I let them work off anything....
