I agree with all about working with inspectors to make things move smoothly.

The process there all went smoothly, then they turned around and sold it to Wells Fargo. 

Set aside your frustration that things aren't going as smoothly as you would like, figure out the process, and follow it carefully.Someone may well redeem at the last minute.  

But if people want to hear of positive experiences with realtors, I'm very happy to say the very first realtor I met not only patiently lead me through my first four transactions (which all went smoothly), but became a friend as well.

We were able to get a credit from the bank to cover the cost.I won't sugar coat things and say the flip went super smooth.
