Probably go for a 3 bedroom with an office or dining I could convert into a 4th bedroom and shared common areas, would have covered everything with airbnb and still covered most with long term.

I’ve already realized how much there is to know, and I’m grateful for spaces like this where experienced investors share their wisdom.Right now, I’m working on getting a better understanding of T-12s (Trailing Twelve-Month Financial Statements).
