I just bought a new Absentee list and compared it to my old list (scrubbed from all responses so just those who haven't responded remain) and I kind of expected all but maybe 40-50 out of the 1300ish old list to be dupes on the new list... but to my surprise there were 560 that weren't on my new list that were still on the old list.  

A good bleach scrub, pressure wash and stain or seal the deck will take care of the problem.

My strategy/target list is as follows:I spent numerous hours scrubbing my county's Tax Delinquent list, only coming up with about 150 addresses, although I think it is a strong 150. 

Thanks in advanceQuestion1: Do you mail to LLC's or scrub them from your list in most cases when mailing absentee owners (there are always exceptions)? 

Tempted to return the 27 packs of Pergo to Home Depot and just carpet the living room and scrub the kitchen floor, which is pretty darn filthy from the pigs.Never encountered such an issue in all my rehabs.

Long process of scrubbing every surface multiple times with an enzyme cleaner and priming every square inch with Kilz.What was the outcome?

I know SMS has much better response rates, but I believe it's very important to have documentable permission to contact and to scrub the DNC list. 

I will scrub the walls with a mild digresser then Killz it then high grade paint this Saturday is D -Day!

Also note:  ET has paid some firm to scrub the internet of bad news!!! 

Even though it was a year later, I scrubbed my hands pretty hard that night.
