On top of this and that it smells like a scam....I found it so intrusive to be emailed when I didn’t solicit for such thing.  

This guy looked good but has probably scammed people out of millions.I think the best thing to do is build a relationship with someone before partnering.

We just had a tenant move out, she had been a really good tenant for 4 years, but when we didn't return all her security deposit, it was jeckle and hide, she went crazy saying how we were scam artists and she'd report us to whatever..   

There's absolutely no way I would pay a significant fee that was not contingent on performance of my due diligence.What would stop an unscrupulous seller with a property having a known major defect from dangling that stinker out in the market, attracting some unsuspecting and hapless would-be buyer, and then collecting easy, non-refundable money from them?

I don't find much on this topic on basic internet searches other than what appears to be scams.

Paynearme is great for tenants that can't/won't move to online payment and it is also great when you have a problem tenant or eviction in progress-- there are no chargebacks due to insufficient funds or scams.

The most famous guy who pushed this whole thing was and is Clayton Morris, the guy who fled to Portugal after getting caught in a huge RE scam in Indy. 

The one that could catch unsuspecting realtors is familial status, as that seems to be in every love letter I've ever seen. 

My mom was telling me the price I received was actually good and that the prices I’m seeing online are most likely scams, in the country there are a lot of problems with multiple sales of the same property.
