The problem is with Gastonia is this: (it's not the commute, because it's not far from the international airport, and you can be in Charlotte in the same amount of time it takes from Rock Hill or Lake Norman (two exploding areas)..) the problem with Gastonia is taxes and mismanagement of infrastructure funds.

As @Mike McCarthy said, any fixes from the interior are really just a band-aid on the problem and water will definitely still find its way into the building.

@Chrissy Arnold  EXACTLY  lots of Hat and NO cattle in this business.. that would be the first thing I would want to know what is there capacity to transact.. if they are trying to get you on the come ( the OP)  and drown you in futures.along with majority of their revenue has to be from making what in essence is real estate broker fees  IE wholesaling.Denver it is quite tight for inventory.. you would probably be better served to get a license and work for an established top producer on their team.. were you really get paid... now if this is a big well capitalized group and you know for sure they have many millions in cash and credit ready to rock then that's another thing.. but your position should be a paid for position if they have the wherewhithal to do this they should be able to easily afford you on salary and small bonus..

The bank basically told me it's against the law and to get on the mortgage with her and accept a higher interest % or sell her stocks/bonds to prove she has liquidity because she doesn't personally have the funds for the Down Payment.The situation really blindsided us because we're ready to rock n roll and now we hit a brick wall.

Smaller ticket items, think water heaters, toilets, vanities, shower fans, light bulbs, switches, river rock, vent covers etc etc.I also spent all hours outside of my W2 working on some aspect of the project from Jul 1 to Aug 15 (spent my birthday dinner sanding floors).
