I wanted to add that by doing my own investments I create a stream of income where I can pick and choose as time goes on how hard or little I want to work and what listings and buyers I work with.As a broker/agent it becomes less and less predicated on achieving the NEXT CLOSING.My ultimate dream is to have monster cash flow,travel every month or so,and take listings only when the seller is realistic.

It tends to use nice fancy language, but when it is obvious that it is written by a robot, the description loses my attention.

Orlando is a monster to get in to.. but there's Disney World, Sea World, Universal, and supposedly in 2025 Orlando is getting flying taxis with the initial launch being a commute being Tampa and Orlando.Gainesville is smaller, but for most it's the first largest city you hit on i75 when driving into the state from Georgia.Fort Myers/ Cape Coral/ Naples is also growing fast but was recently hit by Hurricane Ian with record damages.

The communication will become more seamless and not so clunky (sounding like a robot on the phone, text etc.), the bots/AI tools will be able to sound and mimic more exact conversations with buyers/sellers to get deals done quicker with less expense.
