This may actually be a reason to invest elsewhere- contractors in the more economically depressed areas, or with less of a nuclear housing boom, are far more likely to keep their commitments and actually do the work on time.

"Experts" who study student loan instruments declare that they are good based on strict variables and plenty of assumptions (i.e. there will be job openings, you will have a resume that qualifies you for job openings, you want to take said job opening, etc).
