My thoughts so far about FS, is that it is a great system for those looking to short cut their curve to getting a system, getting a reputable team, getting financing, and a slew of other vetted contacts and closing deals on a scale that can go up to 10-20 deals a month if you want.  

That way, you build an ongoing reputation and people are waiting for your next opening. 

For example, just driving around won't tell me if there's a new housing development or mall or manufacturing facility planned to start construction in the next year or two.
