When there isn’t much of a message, the fallback is traditional values and leveraging a religious angle.When you see investors selling multiple programs such as notes, flipping, subject-to, tax liens etc there is no way on earth they are an expert or investing in all of them.You may dabble in each but you will not have a business in each, and if you do I would love to see where they have the time to “train”

A lot of "want to be wholesalers" are tempted by the belief that they can wholesale with little money. 

Keep your self-belief alive no matter what anyone said or how hard times are. 

Though this might sound aggressive, our belief is that this is possible since this property was 30% occupied 5 months earlier and 90% a year ago.

My belief in this is primarily because:1.

I'll be putting my money and our investors' newly minted money to work based on this belief.

Just make sure you are not judging the tenants based on their personality (ex. their political beliefs)

Think about what certain people went through that had different beliefs than others.

Reading it made me address my belief and determine if it was based on logic and reasoning or on fear of uncertainty.
