have not had to do this, but why not try and call an appliance repair place or air conditioning contractor and see if they can remove the refrigerant ?

Dear BP Community - Do you know if it is standard for a turnkey property to come with a refrigerator, garbage disposal, washer, and dryer by the seller?

As I chuckled to myself I thought how novel it was that technology has put every Sales Manager on the front seat by every outside sales rep.Similar to the above paragraph, my voice is on top my Tenants refrigerators. 

Property is in lower middle class area of town and property will average $700 each side.Starting bid $67,000 (no bids so far).  5 day auction.Property will need stove, refrigerator, hot water heater, pipes for shower, and about 1 foot ceiling repair.

Having a small handfull of duplexes, things like dishwashers, built in microwaves, refrigerators and ranges are a hassle since tenants are always rough on them. 

Also, make sure the tenant's appliances are installed correctly to prevent problems, especially if it is a natural gas stove or the refrigerator has an automatic ice maker which uses a water line.

I definitely wouldn't want to pay the rates customers pay for commercial/industrial cooling refrigeration rates around d.c.
