If you have LTR experience you could push for an exception with compensating factors (credit, liquidity, time owning other real estate,).

That being said, I'd rather delay for a "sure-fire" method (lease non-renewal), rather than do something reckless in a way they could defeat or push back in court, if it came to that. 

And due to the increase in the cost of purchasing food at the grocery store which has been pushed up in price, and also the must have purchase of gasoline to get to your wage slave W2 job which has also gone up so much since they stopped handing out money to people.

I heard being "over leveraged" is a method of asset protection (not personally pushing the strategy).

If you are new to investing and need help to fet started maybe a good course will give you a push in the right direction, but i think in this case  maybe there are better cheaper ways to first understand what the opportunity really is and if it is right for you and your goals/available resources .
