I've only been to Texas a few times but it quickly became one of my favorite places in the US. 

It looks like you're taking the right steps by identifying a promising market.

However, I quickly came to regret that decision.The company consistently ignores my emails and phone calls, often promising a callback that never comes.

Doing a quick scan off I see there are about 5k STRs in Colorado Springs (assuming you are there and not a neighboring town I am gonna say the town has minimal restrictions).

His assistant called me today & at first, we had a decent conversation which switched quickly when I mentioned the negligence on their end. she asked if can & i also offered to then try to resell it for them then she got demanding on what I "WILL" do.

What are your good experiences seeing that you have not closed on a property, have no idea how it will perform, and don't like the communication nor their affiliates (which are a big promised part of the turnkey deal)????? 

In your experience, how quickly do the insurance companies approve these for the family?

Look at the overall numbers if you were to hold something 10 years and that will change your mind real quick. 

If you have a contractor who is good and can get it done quick and you dont have to micromanage then that worth 5% or 15% more to me
