I'm a brand new agent with them and I won't pretend to know all the ins and outs of what they have to offer.

But do not pretend that it is a financial investment. 

Too many people dismiss mortgage fraud and pretend nobody is checking up on things.

They will take the profit and when problems surface they will pretend like they are there to help, but won’t offer any solutions.My suggestion is, don’t go though companies like Roofstock to buy a house.

I'd be more likely to sell to them than the Junior agents in the big commercial offices who call me every day and pretend they're conducting a survey or some other BS before getting down to brass tacks.
