Potential problems I see are if a tenant wants a movie package or if they have technical issues connecting their computer to the internet, etc. 

There are some bars there, but mostly restaurants, shopping, a movie theater and so forth.Old Town Scottsdale has alot of culture. 

Like in the movie  " the sting "  A regular buyer , or friend of auctioneer  wanted the property , auctioneer fakes a phone call , tells people sale is off , they leave , all of the sudden phone rings again and its back on and the only person left is the friend . 

@Johnny Fullertonhey I know this guy, that knows this guy, who has a good friend and he is a little down and out right nowI know your a nice guy and all, so could I send him over to your place so he can have a pad to crash out while he gets his act together in the next 5 years, oh by the way he is a actor waiting on that new role in that movie there making, you know the one about a guy who fell on hard times and was looking for a place to stay. 

@Virginia Reasor, we all start out wanting to be nice in this business because who wants to be the stereotypical mean and greedy landlord we've seen in the movies, right?

Situations that I have stepped into that make life interesting are meth-ed hoarders, crack heads, gangs, porn production, prostitution ring, rats, raccoons, bad remodeling, half finished construction jobs, fire (but not brimstone), flood, heirs that were in prison...good grief..just a whole bunch of trouble. 

@Aaron McGinnis  I used to kind of poo poo it until I was on a flight earlier this year and watch the movie Le Mans Steve McQueen story... and at the end they told what caused his cancer and took him at 50.it was the asbestos in his racing suit...

Make sure you are there with a movie camera when the sheriff shows up.

They won't get it when you won't spend $10 dollars on a Pirates of the Caribbean movie ticket because you're saving that for a property down payment ($10 bucks man?!
