And never say never, that by 2021, that U.S. economy will be plunged into something equivalent to how the U.S. economy was 2009-2010. in an economic contraction, with economic growth in a stand-still in those 2 years.

Now they’re actually taking the plunge because mortgage rates are so low and it’s less attractive to live in a small apartment right next to the office (during a pandemic).

Thanks to BP and numerous books I finally felt confident enough to take the plunge and buy a triplex.
