Hello everyone. Brand new to the world of real estate. My background is primarily in the financial industry (banking, insurance, securities, etc.) I have read some, watched videos, and attended various seminars/webinars on the subject and decided to take the plunge into doing real estate investing full time. In spite of the studying, I’m sure I will have several questions, most of them probably dumb, for all of you veterans out there. For now, I am focusing on flipping to rebuild capital and then transition to multi-family homes. In the long run I want to move into commercial properties. For now, my goal is to find that first property. Looking forward to connecting with you all and hope you all have an amazing week.
