After eating this retail division of property management, we now exclusively only manage Turnkey assets for investors, the purpose here is to eliminate these misc. pitfalls associated with scattered site unique homes, the quality is sometimes not their however, the owner may feel they have something spectacular, we take out the unique element now and apply a uniform system throughout the entire spectrum of Turnkey inventory this enhances performance and value.

I'm hoping to network with seasoned individuals as well as mentors and other individuals with stories to teach myself and others of the pitfalls and red flags which although some is self explanatory and common sense, things can still be overlooked and your running like a dear in headlights.   

My pitfall, no one is willing to help me out (without charging me/ or selling me something) by providing me copies of the forms/contracts/memos used for this type of transaction.Please help, anyone. 

Are there pitfalls that arent apparent?  

Right now I'm trying to build from the ground up, building my seller and buyers list as well as gaining any experience I can in the field seems to be where I'm steering myself.So any words of knowledge, tips, pitfalls, people i should meet, anything is helpful!

It seems as if these areas get a bad rap for the same reasons any other investment opportunities do as well: false advertisement.As with any investment, there are pitfalls to avoid through education and good team building.
