Arizona market
Good morning,
We are new to the REI industry and are learning all we can. From the research we have done thus far, it is pretty difficult to find good buy and hold deals here in the Phoenix Metro area. The 2% rule seems all but impossible, with even the 1% a challenge. We are in the beginning stages, so we are still getting our money for down payment etc in order.
We have started to look at some land to invest in while we are patient with the market here. Any words of advise in either market and any pit falls to avoid with land?
Thanks for any and all responses.
