Where are you looking to invest and what types of finishes (rental grade, high end, etc) are you going for?

no current income to report but i have decent credit (690+) and have had my company since 2019. i just created a DUNS number, and have a business credit card with capital one with a credit limit of $2000 and have an experian business risk grade of B according to NAV (NAV is like a credit karma for your business from what i understand). im trying to get this funding to jumpstart my fix and flip business any and all help is greatly appreciated thanks! 

It is 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths with central air and a garage, but only 1050 above grade square feet.

Grading / foundation I need done, frame the garage walls onsite, deck / stairs onsite, then stitch the boxes is how I see it.

And again, in ten years, you'll have substantial equity in a grade-A asset.What LA isn't great for is immediate cashflow.
