You just have to be persistent and consistent, and over time your respond rate would grow exponentially.

It may take paying some bills and may take some negotiation but at the end of the day if you can run a phone and take notes and be persistent you may get some positive results.

Of course, not EVERY owner is going to be willing to finance, but some will, and with no money, we just need a lot of persistence to find those that will.

It can persist for at least 25-35 years.
