With Thanksgiving in the rear view mirror, let’s wash our hands, put on our face masks (yes you!)

But hey, I'll keep my eyes peeled and ears open.

We put in an offer on some church owned property off of State St in Salem (Marion County)  it was split zoned  (RM and Single family)  - It took 2.5 years to allow us to do Multi family (despite a huge need identified by the county)   We had to peel off 10 lots (That means build them @ $50K in cost)  around the exterior.  

The landlord can tell the tenants that masks will be worn. 

Cat smell lingering everywhere, my wife and I will don masks not for the coronavirus, but to not throw up as we clean out the stench left behind from these tenants.

Look for places with overgrown shrubs/peeling exterior paint and take down their addresses.

I for one don't wear a mask unless I absolutely have to.

I have a property that has a few minor flaws,  appliances not working (dishwasher/jacuzzi tub), vanity and medicine cabinet paint peeling, scuffed floors. 

Paint is peeling on the outside but he's agreed to paint it for me if we continue but he's going to paint it even if I walk.Now here's the kicker...it is missing foundation on about a 10ft x 25ft area where they added the bathroom and laundry room.
