My guess is that is contrary to the goals you outlined as to how you want to grow ur business.

If you haven't already rented it out, probably double check if there's an HOA that there are no ordinances outlining renting is not an issue for this neighborhood as well.  

Here in Texas the title company performs this due diligence very early and sends to the buyer a title commitment that outlines any additional liens.

As a landlord I've used it three times and twice they were very helpful.The landlords have to give the 2 months' notice to the tenants and they should keep that as it outlines why they need to move.

Sort of like two businesses in one.Your CPA should be able to outline this info, but you will save money by owning the building outside of the S-Corp (according to my understanding).

Be sure to outline your criteria so you can filter out lots of the unqualified potential tenants.
