The project seeks zoning approval to build over 59 million square feet of space dedicated to quantum research, offices, and cryogenic facilities.This ambitious project dubbed the Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park, is backed by both state and federal agencies.

Many loan officers who work primarily in the owner occupied space will try to argue that DSCR is more expensive and have higher rates, but that is simply not true in most cases. 

I wanted to created a post to interact with other agents and potential investors in the real estate space.

With strategic upgrades, we modernized the property, improving its value significantly.

If you can find it, it certainly won't be in the hard money space/DSCR space.
