To stay competitive with millennials, convert to refrigerated air ($$$) or buy properties already converted.Lots more tips but I'm keeping those to myself haha :)Oh and one more thing, she said she was not taking any more properties, she was making a killing and was happy with the units she had but by the end of lunch, she said she will take mine...whoop!
