You may want to check out some personal finance websites (mr. money mustache is a favorite of mine) for ways to lovingly-but firmly- set financial boundaries with family members.  

So, not really worth crying over spilled milk on the ones I don't get....just want them all!

Me personally, I'd just say I'm not a good fit and not try to milk the money out of you.

I wonder if the founder has some Wallstreet Greedy Fatcats as outside investors now and they are wanting to run his business into the ground and milk it for all it's worth then dump it.  

If the tenant did they would milk every day and hour for free that they could.

Ironically, I hated real estate and couldn't wait until I was 13 so I could go work at my grandparents' dairy farm, where I mowed hay, fed calves and milked cows all summer.

@Matthew Olszak Maybe you're new but it's common practice among agents to start by lying that they have a buyer, then take the listing at a price they know the house won't sell for to milk it for buyer and seller leads, all the while telling the seller a sob story about how "the market has turned" or "things are just slow right now" and they need to lower the price.
