I strongly suggest engaging the services of a consultant or advisor to assist you with this matter.

I have a couple questions about how to handle this situation.Is it wise to rent to someone on disability seeing how it would probably be very difficult to evict and get your past rent if the tenant defaults.If I do not want pets in the home and the tenant has a service animal how do I handle that situation, or any animal for that matter service animal or not. 

Hey @Suman Nandi, no matter what tool you use, you will never get a 100% accurate picture.AirDNA can be useful but it can be inaccurate thus you want to use the enemy method as well.There is no all in one tool to find zoning laws.

The only time they went down was during/after the Great Recession of 2008.Both of graphs above show that it doesn't matter which political party get elected.

And the land flipping was doing well there too but that has slowed quite a bit recently.I'm just a believer that no matter how the market goes there has always been some new strategy to follow to where the numbers just make sense. 

You can't ask for documentation or other paperwork and lack of a vest or other insignia doesn't matter.

I am not sure but I don't think it matters where you are located.Texas is popular for series LLC's.

If it's a college area it won't matter as much.
