We completely remodeled the kitchen and rest of the house but think we will leave the bathroom alone for now since it’s not within budget to renovate.

and kitchen cabinets / countertops and just everything would be off a bit.Plus, installing over top is NOT "replacing" in my opinion.  

Think about the timing of this scenario (there are many): current guest checks out at 11 am and next guest is arriving in at 3 pm, the cleaning person who starts cleaning at 11 am discovers a broken kitchen faucet or a running toilet around 11:45 am.

We updated the kitchen, added a 3rd bedroom and added the back screened patio to the house.

This includes raising a roof, running electrical and sewer, installing a bathroom and kitchen and finishing everything off.

I am so glad I have several choices rather than just evict.I tell her pay or leave she just pay the full amount of thr rent.And then she suddenly refuse any coperate consider as roomate.So make us hard time.Also after any kind of conversation, she call the police that she is being harressment from us.Like clean the kitchen, dont change the thermometer on purpose such like that.I think I should hire lawyer to evict her. she does so much police report and noise.Thanks again everyone.

An entire kitchen cabinet set.

One house is a 3br/2,5ba, with full kitchen, and the second house has a 2br/2ba with full kitchen on the top floor and on the bottom floor is a Studio/Ba with Kitchen. 

I updated the kitchen slightly with a backsplash and painted the entire house.

I'm in contract on a $400K house upstate NY - was prepared to spend $50K on cosmetic changes (painting,  new floors, new kitchen, new bathrooms etc) but after getting the inspection report today here's all the issues I'm dealing with and it's not pretty (see below) How should I move forward?
