A combination of human error when inputting the data, a lack of QC and perhaps laziness.

Shelter is a basic human need and they didn't hurt you by applying.

It's a bit of land with improvements that fulfills the basic human need (Maslows Hierarchy of Needs), shelter.

Plus, don't let them dictate the due diligence. ( they're human).

At the end of the day,  the person we are communicating with is just like us...human.

This had to do more with human psychology, and less so with the laws of supply and demand.
