It makes for a good read and will highlight to the newbie investors and homeowners trying to rent out their home the landmines and red flags I had but didn’t heed.

This is obviously an extreme example, but highlights the fact that there are dozens of reasons as to why a commercial strip center could be failing, regardless if it's from micro or macroeconomic factors.

I have found their weekly newsletter to highlight great articles therefore I don't have to search for them.  

But in a 2-3 page summary with just the highlights of the interview,  I was able to gain knowledge from people who I never would have given a chance.  

I'm glad to see this because I am currently working on a website/blog that will highlight some actual numbers from my (small 5 property) portfolio.

In this case, it was highlighting the distances from the waterfront, 6th ave, hospitals, UW Tacoma, and freeways. 

Much of this was spurned by a recent call from the HOA of one rental highlighting multiple violations (car on jacks and another car inoperable) that need to be remedied.

While I coudn't care less about other people's feelings about me for doing carrying openly it has been known to instigate issues or even highlight a potential target.

However, I will highlight that inspirational advice based on lies is useless, and will caution readers against following "Bob's" advice for it may land you in jail.
