I hesitated before writing this post, however I wanted to get my story out in the hope that at least one person would find it interesting. 

Personally, I'm hesitant to buy beachfront or beach adjacent property in Florida.

My hesitation about Temple is that most of the clientele that I would want renting my place want to live in Belton for the good school district.

She just learned old buildings, specifically your old building, might have lead, HUGE RED SIRENS flashed in her protective-mommy brain, and she backed out without a second's hesitation.

The problem is that then that entity is going to have it's own gain issues selling the lot to you after purchasing it.I heard hesitation in your keyboard :) as you stated your intent with the property - "I might want to live in the first house....".

I only occasionally make my way up to Denton, but if you need any intel about the DFW area in general, don't hesitate to ask. 

I understand their could be some tenant law issues with that which would make a seller hesitant to agree.Otherwise, it would be very helpful if I could just put a few items in the garage while we wait to close.
