Well, frankly, even with my experience I doubt I would get to a comfortable position to buy these notes in Ohio for the valuation aspects Dion pointed out.If due diligence for NPNs were stated in a flow chart it would take a book with each page having fold out pages 4 fold, if you took each of those 4 fold pages out and placed them edge to edge, top to bottom, I say those pages would cover about 1800 to 2000 square feet.

Just an interesting piece of insight, recently I started reading Gary Keller's "The Shift" and in the first section, I see a chart depicting general real estate market trends and wow, according to the graph, I started doing real estate during the worst time of the year right when the market slows and activity declines!
