I know we can have a lawyer draft up a quit claim deed to get her sister off of the deed, but I have head this is similar to when people transfer ownership to LLC and could pull up the due on sale clause?

Thanks for the heads up I did not realize you could buy tenants out without notifying the city of the buyout, which is what i already did.

I get those emails from a realtor too and sometimes have to scratch my head.  

I know Ohio is one of those states where you can have a PPP less than 150-100k loan amount not sure of the exact figure of the top of my head.
