Policies should be customized for people and the average insurance agent doesn’t understand this stuff.

Make sure to treat it like a business and your tenants like customers. 

I feel like you should be able to customize the mortgage section of this calculator but I can't figure out how to adjust my payments to the amount I agreed on with the seller.
